Our Birmingham Community Athletics Hubs
Helping children and young people across Birmingham get active, build confidence and enjoy athletics in fun, welcoming community spaces.
Funded by Personal Best Foundation, the Birmingham Community Athletics Hubs provide free weekly athletics sessions for children and young people across the city. Delivered in partnership with trusted local organisations, the hubs create safe and inclusive opportunities for children to be active, make friends and develop new skills close to home.
Sessions are based around funetics, England Athletics’ exciting programme designed to help children aged 4-11yrs develop running, jumping and throwing skills through games and activities that focus on enjoyment, movement and confidence.
Whether children are trying sport for the first time or already love being active, the Community Athletics Hubs are open to all abilities.
