“I give to Personal Best Foundation, of Athletics House Alexander Stadium, Walsall Road, Birmingham, B42 2BE, registered charity number 1200354 (England & Wales) [all/______% of the residue] of my estate absolutely for its general charitable purposes and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or duly authorised officer shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my executors.”
Including a cash gift in your Will:
“I give to Personal Best Foundation, of Athletics House Alexander Stadium, Walsall Road, Birmingham, B42 2BE, registered charity number 1200354 (England & Wales) the sum of [specify words and figures] free of tax for its general charitable purposes and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or duly authorised officer shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my executors.”
